The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) on October 23 successfully completed the maiden flight of its UAVs. Four drones will be deployed on October 24 to monitor the peace deal reached last month in the Belarussian capital Minsk between Kiev, Moscow and the pro-Russian separatists in east Ukraine.
