Matt Bowen
Matt Bowen is a Research Scholar at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. During the Obama Administration, he was an Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Office of Nuclear Energy and a Senior Advisor in the Office of Nonproliferation and Arms Control at the U.S. Department of Energy.
