Rachel A. George
Rachel A. George is a lecturing fellow at Duke University’s Center for International Development. She previously served as a research fellow for gender equality and social inclusion at the Overseas Development Institute in London. She holds a bachelor’s in political science from Princeton University, a master’s in Middle East studies from Harvard University, and a doctorate in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
